By accessing idxapi.io, creating an account, or using our API, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

idxapi provides programmatic access to Indonesian exchange (IDX) market and company data via a REST API, subject to plan limits, documentation, and availability.

We strive for accuracy and uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that data is complete, timely, or fit for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys. Activity under your account is your responsibility.

You must provide accurate registration information and comply with applicable laws when using the service.

You may not abuse the API (including circumventing rate limits), attempt unauthorized access, resell raw data in violation of third-party rights, or use the service in ways that harm idxapi or other users.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the platform.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout and in the dashboard. Fees are generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

Downgrades and cancellations take effect according to your subscription settings and Paddle billing terms.

idxapi branding, documentation, and software are our property or our licensors’. Market data may be subject to exchange and vendor terms; you receive only the rights necessary to use the API as documented.

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for trading or investment decisions made using API data.
