This Privacy Policy describes how idxapi (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit idxapi.io, sign up for an account, or use our API and dashboard.

Account data: name, email address, and authentication identifiers provided through our identity provider (Clerk).

Usage data: API request metadata, plan usage, billing status, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Payment data: subscriptions are processed by Paddle; we receive billing status and customer references, not full card numbers.

We use information to provide and improve the API, authenticate users, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and protect against abuse and fraud.

We use trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, authentication, payment) who process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We retain data as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.

You may access and update account profile information through the dashboard where available. You may request account deletion or data inquiries by emailing alwan.alkautsar@gmail.com.

If you access the service from outside your home jurisdiction, your information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate.
